Prison Exercise

Mistress Ariadne leads her prisoner to the mats. Today he is going to go through a routine of prison exercise. The routine is silent. He must follow the non verbal instructions from his captor and he moves through the motions of each exercise. Stomps, press ups, star jumps, squats, sit ups and more. Mistress Ariadne grows inpatient and frequently looks at her watch. Every time he is too slow, or messes up she drags him over to the bench where he is punished with one implement or another. A round of workout humiliation.
